Disability Support in Sydney

Tailored care from people who’ve been there

VWC Care Services provides personalised, culturally inclusive disability support in Sydney — with care that reflects your choices, your life, and your goals.

We started this journey from experience — and we haven’t forgotten what it feels like to be on the other side of care.

Your experience matters

Support that makes sense for your life

At VWC Care Services, we’re not here to make assumptions about what you need. We’re here to listen. Whether you need help at home, out in the community, or navigating everyday challenges, we work with you to make your support feel useful, respectful and completely tailored.

Our team is experienced, compassionate, and focused on delivering disability support in Sydney that’s grounded in real relationships, not just routines.

Our story

Why VWC Care Services is different

Our business was born out of a personal journey — supporting a loved one with a disability. That experience taught us what really matters: clear communication, genuine care, and support that works around people’s real lives.

That’s why our approach is never copy-and-paste. With a registered nurse on the team and over two decades of experience behind us, we offer practical, respectful disability support in Sydney that helps you feel heard, supported, and in control.

We simplify things

We know the NDIS can feel overwhelming — so we work closely with you (and the people around you) to keep things clear, organised and stress-free.

Real support

We take the time to understand you

There’s no checklist for getting support right — it starts with a proper conversation. We take the time to understand what’s going on in your world, what matters to you, and what kind of support will actually make a difference day to day.

That might mean adjusting routines, trying something new, or simply making sure you feel comfortable with the people around you. We don’t believe in rushing decisions or pushing fixed solutions. Instead, we work with you, listen carefully, and stay flexible when life changes.
